Agreement to Terms

By submitting an inquiry or offer to purchase the domain name sail-x.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with any transaction.

Domain for Sale

The domain name SAIL-X.COM is offered for sale by the current registrant. The asking price is $1,200 USD, subject to negotiation for qualified buyers.

Purchase Process

Payment Terms

• Accepted Payment Methods: Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Bitcoin (via BitPay)
• Currency: All prices are in United States Dollars (USD)
• Payment Processing Fees: Buyer is responsible for payment processing fees (Stripe: 2.2% + $0.30, BitPay: 1-2%)
• Refund Policy: All sales are final once domain transfer is initiated. No refunds after transfer completion.
• Sanctions Screening: All transactions are subject to OFAC sanctions screening. Transactions flagged by screening will be rejected.

Domain Transfer Process

The domain transfer follows standard ICANN procedures:

• Seller unlocks the domain at the current registrar (GoDaddy)
• Seller provides the authorization code (EPP code) to the buyer
• Buyer initiates transfer at their chosen registrar
• Seller approves the transfer request
• Transfer completes within 3-5 business days

Note: Domain must be unlocked and not within 60 days of initial registration or previous transfer.

Seller Representations and Warranties

The seller represents and warrants that:

• The seller is the lawful owner of the domain name sail-x.com
• The domain is free from any liens, claims, or encumbrances
• The domain is not subject to any trademark disputes or legal proceedings
• The seller has the full right and authority to sell the domain
• The domain registration is current and in good standing

Buyer Responsibilities

The buyer agrees to:

• Provide accurate contact and payment information
• Have a valid account with a domain registrar to receive the transfer
• Accept the domain transfer within the timeframe specified by their registrar
• Assume all responsibility for the domain after transfer completion
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their use of the domain

Limitation of Liability

The seller's liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the domain. The seller is not responsible for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages arising from the sale or use of the domain name.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this transaction will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the seller resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.

ICANN Compliance

All domain transfers comply with ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) policies and procedures. Both buyer and seller agree to abide by ICANN regulations.

Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information collected during the transaction process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR and CCPA regulations.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Sale, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between buyer and seller regarding the sale of the domain name sail-x.com.

Amendments

These terms may be amended only by written agreement signed by both parties. The seller reserves the right to update these terms for future transactions.
